Ramsey Products adds Stacey Heafner as sales representative
Stacey Heafner has joined Ramsey Products as a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative.
Her duties will include responding to customer inquiries and assisting them in determining the best silent chain product for their needs.
In addition, she will be responsible for generating quotes, processing orders, setting up shipments and coordinating with the manufacturing plant to assure timely product availability.
According to David Holcomb, Vice-President of Sales at Ramsey, “We hired Stacey because she has a proven history working in a technical environment, a can-do attitude and is an all-around great person to work with. We appreciate her commitment to providing the best customer service possible and I believe our customers will feel the same working with Stacy.”
